To demonstrate large scale geological concepts to show:

The Earth’s rocks and mountains are the same as chocolate! During this fun interactive activity the geological processes that shaped the landscape we see today are explained using chocolate. The three geological parts to the world; crust, mantle and core are introduced, we explain how mountains are formed by movement in the earth’s crust and pupils learn three main types of rock; sedimentary, igneous and metamorphic.
