This fun activity is for you to take, using the resources below.
Activity aims:
The quiz sheets will help children learn about what to wear for outdoor activities in any National Park and are linked to how animals are adapted to surviving in cold and hot environments.
Students will learn:
- how to dress appropriately for outdoor activities
- about adaptations that help animals survive in particular environments
- that adaptations can be physical or behavioural
- about wildlife in the National Park
What you will need:
- Quiz sheets printed out from the PDF below
- Paper and colouring pencils
How long will it take?
From 20 minutes to an hour and a half - depending on the amount of discussion/research you choose to include in the activity.
